Understand impact of new service offerings and define development targets  including necessary core/architecture, improvements or changes 

IT service management:
Develop and define core processes eg: application/infrastructure maintenance, incident/problem management, change and release management
Requirements/specification development/definition 
Systems setup and Integration  
System Integration testing and service validation  

Vendor Interfacing:
Support SLA development, work jointly with vendors to develop apps and services for current gen

Testing Setup:
Setup core test team, Identify testing requirements, test strategy. Simulate post launch field issues and scenarios to develop future test setup

Maintenance and update:
Monitoring of outage and failure, simple bug fixes, database management and analytics
